Refund Policy

We want you to keep Pro only if it helps. This policy is intentionally simple.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first Pro payment, email gen8272996@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will refund the most recent payment, no interrogation. We may ask which part failed so we can fix it.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless you are inside the 14-day window.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve it faster.

Campus plans

Campus agreements may have separate cancellation terms in the signed order form, which override this page.
