Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Goveytara, operated by Guofeng He.

1. The service

Goveytara generates educational career plans, skill-gap estimates, certificate suggestions, and portfolio task recommendations. It is not legal, immigration, financial, or employment advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, internship, or job.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit another person's resume without permission, attempt to access other accounts, scrape the service, reverse engineer paid content for resale, or use the service to harass or misrepresent yourself.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume and profile text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to generate your plan and operate the service. We do not sell your resume or use it to train third-party models.

6. Our content

The taxonomy, scoring methods, text, and design are owned by Guofeng He or its licensors. Certificate names and links belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” Certificate prices, eligibility rules, and job markets change; verify details with the certifying body before paying. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
